Shipping methods and delivery times
- Standard Shipping (tracked): about 7–12 days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and can run longer during holidays or customs checks.
Payment
Pay with PayPal — no account needed, cards accepted. At checkout choose PayPal, then pay with a debit or credit card (guest checkout) or your PayPal balance.
Shipping costs
| Destination | Standard (tracked) | Express (DHL/FedEx) |
|---|---|---|
| United States | FREE on orders of $15 or more; from $6.99 on smaller orders | from $39.99 |
| Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, France | from $7.99 | from $39.49 |
| All other countries | from $14.99 | from $44.99 |
Rates go up with parcel weight, and the exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay. A few heavier items ship by weight and do not count toward free shipping; their product pages say "Shipping is charged by weight at checkout."
Import duties and taxes
United States: US orders sent with standard shipping ship DDP (delivered duty paid): we prepay the import duties and taxes, so there is nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives.
For all other destinations, and for express (DHL/FedEx) shipments, any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country are paid by the buyer.
Tracking
Every parcel is tracked. Once your order ships, the tracking number appears on your order status page, which is linked from your order confirmation email.
Lost or damaged parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged, or tracking stops moving for a long time, contact us with your order number and we will make it right. See our Refund policy for details.
