Refund Policy

At Yiwu Keychain Supply, we want wholesale and retail buyers to feel confident when ordering ready-stock keychains, charms, cabochon trays, beads, and DIY jewelry findings.

Order Cancellation

Orders can usually be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not entered processing. Custom, packaged, or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production or packing has started.

Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us within 7 days if an item is damaged, incorrect, or missing. Email clear photos, your order number, and a short description to sales@keychainco.com.

Returns

Because many products are low-cost wholesale accessories, returns must be approved before items are sent back. Returned items must be unused, complete, and in their original condition. Custom products, custom packaging, and clearance items are not returnable unless there is a confirmed quality issue or fulfillment mistake.

Refunds or Replacements

After we review the issue, we may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or refund depending on the situation. Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are generally not refundable unless required by law.
