Refund policy

We want every order — one piece or a full box — to arrive right. If it doesn't, we will make it right.

Damaged, wrong or missing items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, if you received the wrong item, or if something is missing, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. You don't need to send anything back. We will send a replacement or refund those items — your choice — at no cost to you.

Changed your mind

You can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Please email us first for the return address. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, and we refund the items once they arrive back with us in original condition.

How to start a return

Email sales@keychainco.com or WhatsApp +86 151 2288 2244 with your order number (and a photo if something is wrong). We reply within 24 hours and issue approved refunds within 3 business days to your original payment method.

Order cancellation

Orders can usually be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not entered processing.

Duties and taxes

Import duties and taxes, where charged, are set by your country and are not refundable by us.
