Antique Silver-Tone Lucky Symbol Large-Hole Bail Bead, Alloy
This is an antique silver-tone bail bead with a lucky-character face and cloud-shaped sides. A large hole runs through the body for a European-style bracelet, and a small loop on top can hold a drop. The center is a round medallion with a Chinese character, framed by scroll ends. The two faces carry different characters in the same round frame. Scrolls curl outward on both sides. Raised lines outline the clouds and the medallion. It is meant to sit between other large-hole beads. A buyer can pass the bracelet bar through the wide center.
