Antique Silver-Tone 11 mm Round Disc Spacer Beads, Beaded Rim
These are small antique silver-tone disc spacer beads with a beaded rim. Each bead is a shallow round cup: the face dips toward a center hole, and a row of tiny beads runs around the outer edge. The metal has a darkened antique silver-tone finish that settles into the rim. They are made to sit between other beads on a strand.

Ways to use it
String them on beading wire or cord as spacers between larger beads, or use one as a cap where a hole of about 1.5 mm will pass the strand. The low 2.1 mm thickness keeps a stack from getting bulky. The antique silver-tone rim reads clearly next to both bright and darkened metal findings.
